Frances H. Carter has spent her life singing gospel music. At age 5 she performed concerts accompanied by her mother as pianist. As a child, the highlight of her music ministry was performing at historic churches pastored by Rev. Ralph Abernathy and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in Atlanta, Georgia. She currently serves as the First Lady at United in Christ Ministries located in Eden, North Carolina. She is the proud wife of Dr. Christopher A. Carter who is pastor and founder. They are the proud parents of two sons, Devan and Darius. She continues to minister through music in her church choir and as a soloist. She is also a solo singer for Gospel Times Ministries
