He could play two melodies at the same times. This skill you will not see attempted today by any player. He loved George Benson and recorded several albums with him. He considered George Benson the Greatest Jazz Player of all times.

Hank Garland was a guitar prodigy .He was a skilled players when he was ten years old. He was discovered by Nashville and became a studio musician .He played on Elvis Presley ,Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline recordings. He could play any type of music in his day. However, he could take it to another level. He could create solo guitar arrangements for any song. He is still considered one of the greatest players of all times. He had a major influence on George Benson. There was a movie made about his life.
